The Breathwork / Meditation class will teach you healthy, powerful techniques to bring
more oxygen into your body. You will also learn basic energy awareness skills which allow you to
harness and recycle the energy around you. The training will conclude with a personal energetic healing session. |
The second level Breathwork / Meditation class will teach you how to empower yourself with healthy and positive
emotions whenever you need them! This instruction will also increase your awareness of the energy/Chi/Qi/Prana
around you and heighten your intuitive abilities. The training will conclude with a personal energetic healing session. |

Please have an open mind and sincere intention when coming to these classes.

It will take honest commitment and pratice to truly utilize energy at higher levels. I recommend taking
class I and class II at separate times because the results in Class II are based on practicing the techniques
of Class I.
